Mechanical 73, LLC (Formally Lopez Air Conditoning) is a Texas based HVAC Contractor established in 1973 by Mr. Pete Lopez SR. We are a certified MBE and HUB Business providing customizable services to all local, State, and Government entities as well as residential clients throughout Fort Bend County, Katy, and Houston. Our professionals with two State Licensee in house and office personnel with years of experience in this industry for over 40 years.
